Bland Richter discuss Alex Murdaugh case on Today Show
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Eric S. Bland and Ronnie Richter of Bland Richter, LLP are set to discuss another bombshell in the Alex Murdaugh case on the Today Show on NBC, on Thursday, September 16th, 2021. Murdaugh, a prominent South Carolina lawyer, recently admitted to conspiring with a man to commit life insurance fraud.
Bland Richter represents Michael Satterfield and Brian Harriott, the sole heirs and sons of the late Gloria Satterfield who was Alex Murdaugh’s long-time housekeeper and Nanny. She passed away on 2/16/18 in a trip and fall accident at the Murdaugh family residence.
It is not known if any member of the Murdaugh family called 911 after the incident – nor is it clear how Satterfield was transported to the hospital, where she stayed for several weeks. Satterfield died on February 26, 2018.
There was a $505,000 insurance settlement in 2018 and our clients have not received any money at the time of this interview. They recently sent a notice of representation to attorney Cory Fleming to get “truth and answers” for their clients.
The team at Bland Richter, LLP is also pursuing whether there were other recent recoveries in connection with Gloria’s death through the current investigations.
Pursuant to Rule 3.6, SCRPC Bland Richter, LLP is requesting assistance from the public in obtaining information and / or evidence related to this matter.
