Law360, San Diego (December 03, 2014, 9:14 PM ET) — A South Carolina federal judge on Wednesday denied Faegre Baker Daniels LLP’s bid to get copies of all attorney-client communications between Berchtold Corp. and other lawyers after Berchtold levied a malpractice suit over a government supply contract, ruling the request was too broad.
