Bland Richter represented a former client of a law firm in a legal malpractice action matter wherein it was alleged that the attorney failed to properly represent the client in a proceeding in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina including, specifically, the failure to appear at a hearing on the client’s behalf after the case was remanded from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
