Ashley Ridge High School Student Put the SC Department of Transportation on Notice

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) — An Ashley Ridge High School student put the S.C. Department of Transportation on notice with a letter stating the DOT would be at fault if a fatal accident took place on the two-lane highway outside his school.“A lawsuit would occur after someone’s been killed.
