After protracted litigation, Bland Richter successfully defended their clients in connection with claims asserted by partners against them and achieved a six figure confidential settlement in a legal malpractice action in which it was alleged that an attorney improperly entered into a business transaction with a client in violation of the South Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct involving commercial property.
